Common faults and solutions of PDA barcode scanners

1. PDA handheld terminal scanner cannot read barcodes
The scanning head emits light but does not read the code:
1) The corresponding barcode system has been closed - just open the scanning system
2) The corresponding code system is not supported - confirm your code system requirements and machine configuration in advance
2) The barcode is damaged and not clear - replace the barcode and test again
3) Barcode print settings are out of specification - check and reprint
4) Direct sunlight, the photosensitive device enters the saturation area - adjust the scanning angle to avoid strong direct light
5) Exceeded machine read distance - retest within supported range
The scan head cannot emit light:
1) Scanner is not turned on - make sure whether the scanning function turn off, if off, turn it on
2) Hardware failure - contact your dealer or supplier for repair

2. The PDA handheld computer cannot be turned on
1) Check whether the battery is installed correctly
2) Check whether the battery is charged, if no,pls charge or change the battery and try again

3. Can't connect to GPRS network?
1) Check the local signal strength;
2) Check whether the SIM card is installed correctly;
3) Check whether the SIM card has the Internet access function enabled;
4) Whether the access point is set correctly;
5) Check whether the SIM card is in arrears or whether the SIM card is damaged (the SIM card is loaded into the mobile phone to test whether it is damaged or in arrears).
