 If the product is in  the warranty peroid, please contact us and send the product back to our repair service center according to the repair process. After that, our company will choose to repair or replace the product according to the situation and ensure that it is restored to the most suitable performance Level, do not charge any fees.

  If you purchased a product from a third-party authorized distributor of our company, please contact the distributor and provide the serial number of the product. Your dealer will contact our company directly to arrange the repair of the product.

 We will provide maintenance services for all Handheld-Wireless brand products through the after-sales repair service center. Regardless of whether it is within the warranty, please contact customer service and send the product that needs to be repaired to our after-sales repair center along with the purchase date record and the repair order.
