Common problems faced by construction site management:
1: Difficulty in attendance management.
The flow of people on construction sites is large, most of the workers are not well educated, the frequency of staff changes is rapid, the working hours are not fixed, and the work cycle is not fixed, and the overly complicated attendance process is not understood and not easy for workers to accept. These lead to difficulties in information statistics, and bring many difficulties to the later work of attendance information statistics.
2. The supervision method of construction equipment is too simple.
In the current construction management, the daily management of construction equipment relies on the handwritten records of the management personnel, the management method is single, and the continuous supervision of construction equipment cannot be realized. As a result, many problems such as high failure rate of construction equipment, short life cycle and illegal operation of equipment by workers are easily caused.
In this case, the Internet of Things RFID radio frequency identification technology is applied to the management of construction equipment, which realizes the automation and intelligent management of construction equipment and personnel, especially UHF RFID technology, which has a long reading distance and a smaller tag. Specific operation process
1. Worker's end: Install UHF RFID card readers in the entry and exit passages of the construction site, paste self-adhesive RFID passive electronic tags in the safety helmets of construction workers, and pre-write basic information such as the worker's job number, name, equipment operation authority as the worker's electronic ID card. Automatically complete check-in or check-out when wearing a safety helmet in and out of the aisle.
2. Device side: The device side includes 2 parts: ① equipment authority management device; ② RFID tag, RFID reader and ZigBee module. The authority management device includes RFID reader, single chip unit, sound and light alarm and ZigBee communication module. RFID readers are used to read workers' RFID tag information. The MCU is used to retrieve the information read by the RFID reader, and compare it with the list of equipment operation authority pre-written in the MCU to determine the authority. If the permissions are met, start the construction equipment and record the running time of the equipment; if the permissions are insufficient, prevent the construction equipment from starting, and activate the sound and light alarm. At the same time, transfer the retrieved worker information and judgment result to the ZigBee module. Finally, the information is converted into the database of the application layer.
