Q:What would be the process of getting something fixed?  

A: After the issue or problem is found, you will contact us directly so that we can evaluate where the potential reason is. For software problems, we will assist remotely and fix the problem; For hardware issues, we will also need to evalute if we can fix it by shipping the spare parts together with instructions; For hardware issues that can only be fixed in China, we will assist you to ship the device back to us safely and quickly. We have much experience in this.

Q: Who is responsible for shipping costs?

A: For devices without service warranty scope, you will be in charge of the shipping cost to send it back to us, and we will be in charge of the shipping cost to send back to you; For issues or problems that are out of warranty scope, you will be in charge of the two-way shipping cost.

Q:  What is the turn around time? 

A: For normal problems or issues, it would take about 2 working days;

Q: How would I be able to ship back and forth to you easily?  I don’t ship internationally regularly and need guidance.

A: I have been in this field since 2012, so i have much experience. So each time before shipping to us, we will evaluate the potential problems to check if shipping back is needed. If yes, i will send you the RMA and the repaire invoice which introduces how to send back the device to us safely and quickly.
